Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 CAD on all orders below $125. Anything above is free.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes, in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and carrier:

Ontario & nearby provinces: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped within Ontario are subject to 13% HST, including shipping charges.
Orders shipped to other provinces may be subject to applicable GST/HST/PST based on destination.
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments (if applicable).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Pickup Policy

Orders placed for local pickup will be held for a maximum of 60 days after the order is marked as Ready for Pickup. After this 60 day period your order will be cancelled and any eligible items in your order will be refunded. Items that are ineligible for return will not be refunded. A $10 order cancellation fee may be applied against the refund balance.
