Order Status

Due to a high volume of orders during our club-wide transition, we are currently experiencing processing times that are exceeding our standard 2–3 week timeline. This is our busiest time of the year, with over 1,000 orders to fulfill, which has impacted turnaround times.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as our team remains focused on completing all orders as efficiently as possible.

All custom orders are final sale. This includes items with numbers, names, or specific sponsorships.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–3 weeks. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $125. Orders under $125 ship for $15. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.

In addition to jersey numbers, initials will be available on backpacks, rain jackets, and track jackets. This option will be added after the initial surge of orders has been fulfilled, sometime in May.
